Individual Adults and Teens:

Partners/Relationships/Friendship Dyads:

Axis Mundi Center for Mental Health does not bill or accept health insurance. However, your insurance plan may reimburse you for services received out-of-network. I am happy to provide you with an invoice or superbill detailing the cost of your service, but cannot act on your behalf as your representative.

I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform called SimplePractice. Payments can be made through this platform. HSA/FSA cards can be used for payment.

I am exclusively working virtually through a HIPAA compliant platform. I do not offer in person therapy at this time.

I require 24-hour notice of our appointment that you would like to cancel or reschedule via email, text, or voicemail. If you do not notify me within 24 hours and/or do not show up for session, you are responsible for paying the full fee. If you would like to reschedule, I cannot guarantee that there will be openings that same day or week for a rescheduled session.

Under the No Surprises Act (effective January 1, 2022) , you have the right to request and receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of how much your mental health care will reasonably cost. This is especially for clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance to cover the charges for therapy. You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule your first session.
